Your information is securely stored with access restricted to your Chairman and the club secretary. We keep the information for the duration of your membership. Once you have advised us that you no longer wish to be a member, we will then dispose of your information by deleting your details from our system.

We may if required, share your data with the Police or other authorities if they make a lawful request.
